What You Need

When tickets are being collected at registration, attendees must bring a print-out of their confirmation email, plus one piece of photo I.D.

We Recommend

We strongly recommend getting your registration out of the way as early as you can.

Name Changes

  • Name changes can be made by notifying us by E-Mail before January 17th, 2011.
  • Name changes before January 17th, 2011 are free.
  • Name changes after January 17th, 2011 will incur a 30Nis administration fee.
  • Name changes can not be made after January 30th 2011.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted by E-Mail.
  • Cancellations made before January 10th, 2011 are Free Of Charge (there is a 10Nis charge from PayPal).
  • No Credit Notes will be issued for future events
  • All “no-shows” are liable for the full registration fee.
  • Phone cancellations are not possible
  • Confirmation of cancellation will be sent via e-mail.
  • In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled by Flash Israel 2011 registration fees only will be refunded (there is a 10Nis charge from PayPal).

Cancellation Fees

  • Until January 10th, 2011 No Charge (there is a 10Nis charge from PayPal)
  • After January 10th, 2011 before Untill January 30th 50% cancellation fee
  • After January 30th, 2011 100 cancellation no refund will be issue

Special requirements

Please E-Mail us when registering or no later than January 15th, 2011 if you have special requests or requirements. Wherever possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate any special requests.

Recording

We may photograph or video speakers and attendees for future use in our promotional materials. In registering, you grant us the right to take such photos or videos and to use your likeness in such materials.

Share & share alike

Want to take photos at the conference? – That’s cool with us. Obviously, we want you to let everyone know about Flash Israel 2011, so, feel free to shoot and capture as long as you adhere to these simple rules:
